Have you had your sushi party yet? Why not? Guest can enjoy being served by an onsite sushi chef OR they can have hands on training! Your personal chef will arrive at your home or workplace with everything needed to create a sushi feast - sushi rice, fillings, toppings, roll mats and cutting boards. All you need is a smile and an appetite!
We come to your event site (home, work, boat, hotel, etc.) and set up a sushi bar for you & your guests to enjoy as you watch fresh sushi being prepared onsite. This is fun for guests that want to mingle and enjoy great food!
For those that have guests that want a hands on experience:
We offer full hands on training! With a Sushi training party anyone can learn the secrets of sushi making. Learn to prepare authentic maki, urimaki, temaki and nigiri under the guidance of highly skilled Sushi chefs.
After an introduction to the ingredients your chef will explain how to prepare perfect sushi rice. Then it's time to get “rolling” as you and your guests learn to create a stunning array of sushi. Your chef will then show you how to cut and present your sushi. You will be amazed at your results.
The highlight of your experience is sitting back and enjoying the feast you have just prepared. There’s plenty of food & this is an ideal alternative to a boring traditional dinner party. The parties can be tailored to cater to vegetarians and we offer 'no knife' parties for children.
An honorary Sushi Chef Certificate, bamboo rolling mat and chopsticks are provided for every member of the group to keep.
Deluxe kits that include rice, vinegar and nori are available as well!
Rates for having our complete sushi bar set up depends on your chosen menu. Please call to discuss all of your options.

Small Groups
Perfect for small families or an intimate gathering of friends.
For groups of 5-9 students, we offer a rate of $40 per person.
Medium Groups
Perfect for a birthday party, wedding shower, bachelor/ette party, anniversary or any mid-sized celebration!
For groups of 10-23, we offer a rate of $35 per person.
Large Groups
Perfect for fundraisers, large events or parties, singles events or any celebration that has lots of guests! Let us help make your event a success!
For groups of 24 or more, we offer a reduced rate of $30 per person.
We offfer two other levels of training along with kid classes that are GREAT for birthday parties:
Level 2: This course is designed to fulfill the specific short-term goals of the participants with strong emphasis on sushi and sashimi preparation and the fundamentals of practical Japanese culinary techniques. More advance ingredients.
Level 3: Kaiseki dishes (full course, traditionally prepared and presented Japanese meal) Advance garnishing, maintaining & using knives, Sushi rice demonstration, Japanese sauces and stocks. Rare ingredients not typical in the United States.
